About

Takeoffs deserve better than three disconnected tools.

ConCost exists to replace the ruler + PDF viewer + spreadsheet workflow with one connected pipeline — so the numbers in your bid are the numbers you measured.

Who it's for

Contractors

Bid more work without growing the estimating backlog. Quantities come off the drawing once and flow through to the exported bid.

Quantity surveyors

Keep every number traceable. Each BOQ line links back to measured elements on a calibrated canvas — no orphaned spreadsheet cells.

Estimators

Spend time on rates and judgement, not retyping. The rate master and usage norms turn quantities into costs you can defend.

How we think about the workflow

01

You measure, software assists

Takeoff is user-driven measurement on a scale-calibrated canvas. OCR suggests labels from drawing text, but nothing is applied until you confirm it. We would rather be honest about assistance than overclaim automation.

02

One pipeline, no retyping

Drawing → takeoff → BOQ → estimate → export. Every hand-off between separate tools is a chance for a number to drift; ConCost removes the hand-offs.

03

India-first

INR rate master, Indian digit grouping, metric units, and a demo project built from sample data in Vapi, Gujarat. Built for the market we know first.

Judge it on the workflow

The sample demo project shows the full drawing-to-bid pipeline in a few minutes.
